How to delete your WorkTime One account and data

Your Right to Data Deletion

At WorkTime One, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

In accordance with GDPR (Article 17 - Right to Erasure) and other privacy regulations, we provide multiple ways to delete your data from our systems.

Self-Service Account Deletion

The fastest way to delete your account:

  1. Log in to your WorkTime One account at worktime.one/app/login
  2. Go to Settings in the navigation menu
  3. Scroll down to Account Management section
  4. Click "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm the deletion by entering your password

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including time entries, employee records, and settings will be permanently deleted.

Email Deletion Request

If you cannot access your account or prefer assistance, email us:

Email: [email protected]

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Please include in your email:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your organization name (if applicable)
  • Confirmation that you want all data permanently deleted

We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation once completed.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, we permanently remove:

  • Account credentials
  • Personal information
  • Time tracking entries
  • Employee records
  • Reports and analytics
  • Lock integrations
  • Billing information
  • All backups

Social Login Users (Facebook, Google)

If you signed up using Facebook or Google login, deleting your WorkTime One account will:

  • Remove all data stored in WorkTime One
  • Revoke our app's access to your social account
  • Delete any data we received from Facebook/Google

You may also want to remove WorkTime One from your Facebook/Google connected apps in their respective settings.
